Alex trained at East 15 Acting school. She won the 2011 BBC Carleton Hobbs Award before joining the BBC Radio Drama Company and appearing in many radio drama productions for the BBC.

Recently, Alex has recorded books for Hachette Audio and PRL Studios, including the recently released The Wrong ChildShe also adapted the Pantaloon’s Bleak House for audio, in which she voiced Esther.
