Shogo Miyakita as Orgreave in Doctor Who: Cybergene, a full-cast audio drama by Big Finish Productions realising in December 2025.

Set against the chaos of the Time War, Cybergene explores the long-rumoured fate of the Cybermen during Gallifrey’s conflict with the Daleks. As time fractures and familiar horrors evolve into something far worse, the story builds towards the arrival of what may be the ultimate Cyber-form.

Shogo joins an ensemble cast led by fellow Jabbervoices actor Jonathon Carley, who returns to his acclaimed role as the War Doctor, alongside Nicholas Briggs as the Cybermen and a large supporting cast drawn from across the Doctor Who universe.

Written by Jonathan Morris and directed by Ken Bentley, the three-part drama (Crucible, Firebreak, Sepulchre) was recorded in March 2025 and is available now on the Big Finish website:
