Shogo Miyakita as Stone Shaman in Spellcasters Chronicles

SHOGO MIYAKITA voices the Stone Shaman in Spellcasters Chronicles, the free-to-play action-strategy game from the world of Ashkenon….

Set in a realm where the gods have vanished and powerful mages known as Spellcasters fight to shape the world’s destiny, Spellcasters Chronicles combines fast-paced third-person action with strategic battlefield command. Players wield powerful magic, summon creatures to their cause, and battle for control of the Source – the ancient energy that fuels all magic.

Shogo brings to life the Stone Shaman, a spiritual leader from the frozen Mountains of Kamazad. Deep beneath the ice lie the bodies of fallen Titans, whose ancient power flows through the Borean tribes. As their guide and protector, the Stone Shaman channels this power through ritual, devotion, and ancient tradition.

The role demanded long ceremonial incantations, ritualistic chants, and performances in a constructed fantasy language, requiring both vocal stamina and precision.

Reflecting on the experience, Shogo said:

“Shouting is a standard part of any video game session. Made-up languages, less so. Full tongue-twister sentences in said made-up language, projected at pace was definitely a first for me! Despite it being a mentally taxing session, I’m really pleased with how the performance has turned out and the audio team have done an amazing job of taking it to the next level.”
