We’re thrilled to share that Shogo Miyakita has joined the cast of Transformers: Cyberworld as the voice of the legendary Starscream.

The latest entry in Hasbro’s iconic franchise, Transformers: Cyberworld is an animated web series produced by Omens Studios and Hasbro Entertainment, which debuted on 12 July 2025 on the official Transformers YouTube channel. Across its episodes, Cybertronians are trapped in a gaming-like realm where their skills are tested by a mysterious mastermind.

As Starscream, Shogo brings new energy to one of the most infamous and fan-favourite Decepticons – a character known for his Machiavellian scheming, chaotic bravado, and penchant for self-sabotage. Shogo joins a celebrated lineage of voice actors who have portrayed Starscream, including Chris Latta, Steve Blum, Tom Kenny, and Steve Buscemi.

The first six episodes of Transformers: Cyberworld are now live and streaming for free on YouTube.
